The Corner Canyon boys had a historic run last season as they won their regionals, state, SW regionals and qualified for nationals!
Davin Thompson was a footlocker national qualifier last year when he placed in the top 10 at the west regional race.
Gardner was on a tear last season placing in the top 5 in all of her in state competitions and was 4th overall at the State meet.
The Davis girls were able to secure a third place finish at state last year which was an improvement over last years 4th place finish.
The Davis boys had a good run in 2019 defending their region title for who knows how many years in a row along with another podium finish at State.
Armstrong finished 8th overall in the 4A boys state XC meet last year but this year he is one of the top 3 retainers!
Elisabeth Ferrell was a podium finisher in the 5A classification for the second year in a row!
The Skyline girls were a top 10 team overall in the State last year and finished the season first in their region.
Timpanogos had a great year last season and one of the big highlights had to be when they finished 4th at the Team XC Southwest regional race in Casa Grande, AZ
Seth Wallgren had a huge sophmore year and ran some great times on the track before the the start of the 2020 XC season
Heidi Sumsion has been the front runner for the Springville girls team in the past and has made the podium at state every year of her high school career.
Going into the 2020 XC season, Layton returns 6 of its top 7 from last year including their number one runner Emma Thornley

Eliza Mason of Lone Peak had an incredible season last year which helped propel the Knights to their first appearance at Team Nationals!
Timpview showcased a solid 1-2 punch last season in Jaroldeen Oveson and Summer Lundberg when they finished first and third and the Highland Invitational.
Lone Peak was in the deepest region in the State last year that saw four schools in the national rankings at one point or another during the season.
