Every season many Utah athletes travel to Southern California for the Arcadia Invitational seeking personal bests and all time state bests. In two events they did just that. The most impressive performances of the meet came in the 3200m and the 4x400m.

This weekend Utah athletes will be spreading across quite a few meets throughout the state. Copper Hills High School will host the UHSTCA Championship meet, which is usually one of the top meets in the state for running great times. Well it’s here, the Arcadia Invitational. For years now, the Arcadia Invitational in Southern California has been the place where Utah athletes and runners across the country go to set records. From personal records, all time state leaders, and National records, the Arcadia invitational is the place to be. This year will be no different. With over 70 of the top athletes from Utah making the trip down to the Los Angeles, it should be a great weekend for the local athletes.

We got the chance to speak for a bit with Jordan Cross and ask him a few questions about his season so far and also about his goals for the future.
