Orem rocked the 300 Hurdles, and they had two athletes take the top 2 overall spots in our end-of-the-year rankings.  First, there's Jackson Egbert, who was the 5A State Champion and had the fastest time at the State meet when he ran 37.88.  Egbert's teammate Logan Jensen was second in 38.21 but fast forward to the Great Southwest, and Jensen placed second overall in a time of 37.79, which narrowly edges out his teammate's sub-38 time.  Both seniors were the only male athletes in Utah to dip under 38 seconds for 300 Hurdles.

Switching to the 110 Hurdles, Ryan Trane of Weber finished his third consecutive season with the top overall time in the 110H.  Trane's best time this season came from the BYU HS Invitational, where he ran 14.24 to place second overall in the meet.  Trane is signed to run for Weber State.
