*Jaron Hartshorn after placing 2nd in the 6A State race
Jaron Hartshorn of Lone Peak gave it his all at this year's state cross country meet and he was able to come away with a runner-up performance in the 6A classification and have the second-fastest time of the day. Following Hartshorn in that race was fellow junior Noah Jenkins of Herriman who had his best career finish at the XC State meet finishing third in a time of 15:18. A pair of Riverton teammates Tyler Mcdougal and Jake Seegmiller has the next two fastest returning times and having these two both under 15:30 to end their junior season will make Riverton a dangerously fast team next season.
