Nate Jaster of American Fork had a very successful junior season finishing in the top 3 for returners in the 1600m, 3200m, and 3 Mile. Jaster was also played a crucial part in the cavemen's success when they won the runninglane national championships and broke the national record for the fastest five-man 5000m average.

Heading into his senior year, Jaster will take the spot on his team and he is the defending 6A champion.  He will look to lead his team to another state title but they will be challenged by a very talented Farmington squad who is joining the 6A classification for the first time this season.
