State MileSplit50 Boys Team #9: Desert Hills

Analysis:    Desert Hills is a big fish in a small classification where half of their classification resides on the opposite end of the state.  Luckily, the top 5 squads from last year's 4A State meet all came out of Region 10, so they get really familiar with who their competition will be, come State.  The Thunder return five of their top seven runners from their 2nd place team back in 2021 and will be led by Payton Wilkins, who placed 6th overall in last year's state meet.
