Eliza Mason of Lone Peak had an incredible season last year which helped propel the Knights to their first appearance at Team Nationals! Mason PRd in the 3 Mile at the State meet which is easily one of the hardest courses in the entire state, just ask any athlete who has ran it. Eliza will be one of the top returners in the 6A classification after she placed 3rd overall last year!
