Heidi Sumsion led her team to a Region and State Title her Sophomore Year. Sumsion set new PRs in the 1600m and 3200m at State. Sumsion was the runner up at State in the 800m as well as the 3200m and finished 3th in the 1600m. She return with a majority of her teammates and they look to be the favorite to repeat as State Champions. Heidi is the definition of true consistency having never finished outside of the top 5 in a State Event.
