Raygan Peterson is among the few returning XC state champions this upcoming season. She had a great opener at the Premier Invitational, where she placed 2nd overall and was the first runner to finish from the 5A classification. Peterson is coming off an All-American performance when she placed 4th overall at Nike Nationals in the Steeple Chase in 7:03.57. Peterson is one of a very few athletes to have an All-American title going into the 2022 cross country season
