Analysis: Orem is led this year by the only returning All-American from last xc season in Tayson Echohawk. The 5A state 3200m champion is leading a good group of returning guys who average 4:34 for 1600m and 9:48 for 3200m. Orem was 3rd overall as a team in the 2021 state 5A race, just missing a podium placement by one spot. They have the top overall returner on their side and six of their seven runners from that state team.
