How did you first get started running?
Mom was a Coach at Timpanogos, so I've been around running my whole life.

What was the greatest obstacle you've had to overcome in your high school career?
I've had a constant headache for most of my life, and to top it off, when my heart rate goes up, so does the headache. It's very frustrating. I'll hit points when I can't push it any harder, or it'll become unbearable. I'm still going through it, however, it's toughened me up. If I can run with that, I can do anything.
How do you prepare yourself mentally and physically for a race?
Pre-race prep I'd listen to a favorite hype song during the warm-up, and I'd always stretch my calves when we're getting ready to race.
Any Pre Race superstitions?
"Don't make a mountain out of a molehill"

Runninglane Nationals 2020 for sure
What is the best piece of advice you have received from either a coach or teammate?
Consistency is key. Everyone has the will to win. It comes down to the ones who have the will to put in the work to get there.

Break the 4-minute mile mark.
If you could have 1 superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation. If you think about it, you can teleport fast enough to make it look like you're flying and running fast. Imagine how many 5 star ratings I'd get as a pizza delivery guy
