Joshua Armstrong ruled southern Utah his junior year, winning some notable meets such as the SUU High School Invite, Cedar XC Invitational, and the Region 9 Championships. Armstrong finished 8th overall in the 4A boys state XC meet last year, but this year he is one of the top 3 returners! Seeing how the state meet for 4A athletes will be run at Cedar, Joshua, and all other southern Utah athletes will almost have home-field advantage over the other athletes.
