Corner Canyon Wins The 5A XC State Championshp!
Top 2018 Team Finishes: 1st at Region 6, 1st at Utah Class 5A, 5th at NXR-SW

Analysis: There is a lot of hype surrounding this years Corner Canyon team due to how many elite runners they have on their roster. Corner Canyon was already returning all seven of its runners from their State team last year but this year they add All-American Easton Allred into the mix and now they cannot only chase a State Title but a State Record. In 2016, the American Fork team led by Casey Clinger, Mckay Johns, and Patrick Parker became the fastest team in State History (According to UHSAA Record Book) . Their Combined time of 76:31.9 seemed to be untouchable seeing how they had National sensation and two time NXN Champ Casey Clinger. The Corner Canyon boys definitely have the right pieces in place to insert themselves into that All-Time list.
