Top 2018 Team Finishes: 3rd at Region 4, 3rd at Utah Class 6A, 15th at NXR-SW

Analysis: The Westlake girls were in a tough region last year that featured the top 3 teams in the 6A classification. They finished 3rd consecutively behind Lone Peak and American Fork both at Regions and at State. They return 4 of their runners from last years State team including one of their top runners Porshe Eismann. The tricky thing this season is like Herriman and Desert Hill, Westlake will also be getting split due to the new school in Eagle Mountain, Cedar Valley High School. The question is who will they be losing and can they still contend for a podium finish at State?
