Sami Lee has finished 8th at the XC State Meet these past two seasons. Her freshman year she was 46th and then made the leap into the top 10 her sophomore and junior year. Now she is a top returner in the 6A Classification. She ended her junior year of track with PRs in the 1600m and 3200m. She just missed qualifying for the State Track meet in the 800m finishing 5th which was one spot away from an automatic qualifying spot! Lee still has her senior year ahead of her and she has raced at the State Track meet before. Will this be the season she breaks her streak of 8th place finishes at State?
