Amare Harlan of Fremont defended her regular season leader title finishing 2023 as the top indoor jumper in Utah.  Amare improved her mark from last year going from 18-3.75 to 19-4.75.  Harlan's mark from this indoor season ties the overall outdoor state record set back in 2001 by Amy Menlove of Alta.  Cortnie Barker of Syracuse also defended her regular season high jump leader title and improved from 5-4 to 5-6 this indoor season.  Barker set the 6A state record for the high jump last season as a sophomore when she cleared 5-9.
