Sarah Ballard of Lehi was a top performer in every sprint event from 60m to 400m.  She finished the season with the top mark overall in the 400m with a state-leading time of 56.54 which she ran at the REP Distance Challenge. Sarah was second overall in the 60m and 200m behind Fremont's Amare Harlan who led the state in both of those events as well. Behind the two seniors was freshman star Amelia Nadauld of Snow Canyon who is currently 8th in the nation for both the 60m and 200m for the class of 2026.
