We've got a few top performers from last season who are coming back looking to improve on their state-leading marks this time. In the High Jump, there's Cortnie Barker of Syracuse, who cleared 5-4 to win the Salem Indoor Field Invitational, The only other female high jumper to clear 5-0 from last indoor season was American Fork's Mary Cummings, who jumped 5-0.25 at the BYU HS Indoor Invitational. In the long jump, we've got the speedy duo of Amare Harlan and Sarah Ballard, who are both entering their senior year. We'll see these two in our returning sprint rankings, but as far as the long jump goes, Amare sits at the top with her mark of 18-3.75, with Sarah just behind with 17-0.75.
