Ogden successfully defended their crown this season as they took home another 3A state team title. Led by their seniors Jack Blodgett and Carter Parsons, Ogden finished with a final team score of 52 points and had a comfortable 54-point lead over their runner-up. However, next season will be a new story. With Ogden graduating six of their seven runners from this season, next year's title is up for grabs. Emery and Canyon View appear to be the early favorites, as both squads have almost identical 5000m averages for their returning runners. Sitting just on the outskirts is Carbon, who could just as easily make a case for themselves, seeing how their numbers aren't far off from the other two.
