Only a few meets this season had distance events and the top performances of the last year's indoor season came off of some polar bear meets (meet run on an outdoor track during the indoor season). Addi Bruening had the top 800m performance when she ran 2:21 at the Distance Time Trails, and Addison Gibbson had the top 1600m mark of 5:30.85 also from the distance-time trails. This indoor season we will have more opportunities for our distance runners to compete and that starts with the BYU HS Indoor Invitational that is happening this week.
