The 2020 3A Boys State Championship race saw the first three teams separated by twelve points and just a one-point difference between first and second.  Emery came out on top this year, finishing with a final score of 66 points, opposed to rival school Richfield's runner up finish of 67 points.  However, Richfield looks to be the team to beat heading into 2021, seeing as how they return five of their top seven for a combined average three-mile of 17:40.74
