North Summit and Millard have been the two powerhouse schools of the 2A classification for the past decade, with North Summit winning state from 2013-2017 and Millard winning 2018-2020. With Millard graduating a good amount of its top runners, it seems to be North Summit's time once again to take the thrown, seeing as they return four of their top seven runners for next season. North Summit will also be losing its overall state champion Elizabeth Zwahlen who has been instrumental for the braves in finishing on the podium. Still, they have some bright young stars in freshman Charley Sargent and Dani Zwahlen, who look to carry the torch for years to come!
