The Springville girls managed to stay on top another year, extending their win streak to five years in a row! They graduate a lot of key runners from their state team this season which may be the opening some other programs have been waiting for. Attop of our top returning teams for 2023 is Timpview, led by individual champion Jane Hedengren. They boast the top average 5000m among the top five returners with an average of 18:52. With Mountain View and Timpanogos moving down to 4A next year, it will keep Springville in the hunt for a podium spot.
