From the 2021 to 2022 State XC Championships, we saw a number of athletes show improvement after a full year of growth and training.  The one who stood out among the rest was Rich junior Jayna Carver who dropped over seven minutes off of her time ran back in 2021.  The next nearest improver was Rebekah Medley out of Tooele who ran 5:53 faster than her time in 2021.
