In October, Adelaide Englestead of Panguitch won her first career XC State title when she ran 19:29.70 for three miles, which was .70 seconds off of her overall PR. The Sophomore also led her squad to the team title and gave Panguitch the sweep for the female team and individual title. It'll be interesting to see what Englestead can do on the track seeing how her freshman year was cut short due to the cancelation of the 2020 spring season. She will undoubtedly be one of the favorites to win some of those distance races come May!
