Small school Female Athlete of the Week: Anden Lyman, Jr. Enterprise
Anden Lyman, a junior from Enterprise high school, moved herself to second place for the small schools with a mark in the Javelin at 118 feet and 3 inches. Lyman is on the heels of senior Lindsey Christensen from San Juan high school, who currently holds the best mark in the Javelin for the small schools, and fifth overall. As state approaches keep and eye out for these two as they face head to head.
Small School Male Field Athlete of the Week: Sage Palmer, Sr. Enterprise
For the first time ever, an athlete has swept both the field and track athlete of the week awards. As seen above Sage had a sensational week with a triple win! Not only does this kid show his strength on the track but he shows his dominance on the field as well! Sage is ranked 2nd in the Javelin and the 100 meter and 6th in the 200 meter overall in the state. He is definitely one to watch as he comes head to head with the other top competitors in the state at the BYU invite in preparation for State.
Congratulations again to all our athletes!
