Top Freshmen Boys At The Utah State Championships

Joshua Hamblin of Weber will never forget his freshmen year racing in the 110H Final for the 6A classification. Coming in as the underdog, it was a fight to the finish that ended in a spectacular fashion. Hamblin was battling with senior Spencer Kirkham of Corner, and it was a photo finish. At first, it appeared the senior won the race, but when the final results were posted, it was the freshman who was able to out-lean Kirkham at the line!
