Daniel Simmons of American Fork has had one of the most impressive indoor seasons for male distance athletes in Utah State History. With the fastest 3200m indoor time in state history and a 4:13 1600m, Simmons has a combined time of 13:07.15 between the two events.  Following Simmons is Orem's Tayson Echohawk who currently has the fastest 1600m time of the season.  Echohawk ran 4:10.81 at the UHSTCA Indoor Invitational earning him a spot on the top ten all-time list.  Rounding out the top three was Herriman's Noah Jenkins who ran new PRs in both events this season clocking in at 4:17 for 1600m and 9:06 for 3200m.
