Carson Belnap of Stansbury had his senior year of track cut short due to COVID-19 but he was set to do some pretty remarkable things. At the UHSTCA Indoor Championships, Belnap ran 4:13.65 to win the 1600m which would later be recognized as the current U.S. #1 time for the 1600m at that time. Belnap only had one outdoor meet his senior year but he managed to break the 4A state record in the 3200m with his time of 8:51.99.
