The improvement I saw over my last cross county season

If you could do it all over again what would you change about your running career in high school?

I would start sooner

What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?

Comparing myself to other people on the team

What will you miss the most?

What I'm going to miss is the team bus rides and the songs we would dance to before our races!

What advice would you give to younger athletes?

Don't hesitate to try new things. If you are interested in something full send and try it out

What influence has your coach had with respect to your performance and overall life goals?

He's had an amazing influence on my goals and he's supported me more than i could imagine. He's one of the greatest men iv'e ever met and even if I'm not that fast he still shows me just as much support as others.

What are your college plans?

I'm going to be attending Utah State University after I serve an LDS mission but if i had the opportunity to run in college I would take it in an instant

Who would you like to say thank you to?

I would like to thank my coaches first for always supporting me when I needed it and for giving up their time to make me a better athlete and person.  I would also like to thank my team for being just as supportive and more importantly being my friends they lifter me out of some dark places and i can't repay because they don't know just how much of an impact they've had on me.  I'd also like to say thank you to my parents for putting up with me for this long. They've been there for me since the beginning of everything.

Is there anything else you'd like to add?

I would add again to try new things and don't be afraid to get out there and be your best self!
