This week I had the opportunity to speak with Kramer Morton, standout from Alta High School. As a Junior, Kramer won the 2012 5a State Cross-Country championship and placed 11th at Footlocker Nationals. He is gearing up for a big track season, and is hoping to add a few more state championship trophies to his shelf.

How has your training been going?
It’s Been going good… I’ve been starting over with my aerobic fitness before track season starts… I’m working on my form for the final sprint, working on my wheels.
