Even after the busiest weekend of the season so far, there was very little movement at the top of the 100 fastest girls.
Elizabeth Leachman, the Boerne Champion (Texas) phenom held firm at No. 1 for another week following a race-less September. Leachman ran 16:32 at the end of August, and no one has been able to successfully challenge her mark.
Topeka-Seaman's Ryin Miller, Pella's (Iowa) Marissa Ferebee, and Lakeridge (Ore.) standout Chloe Huyler sit No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4, just like they did a week ago.
However, there is one new face in the top five, Rogers' (Ark.) Lilly Beshears jumped up to No. 5 after winning the individual title at the Chile Pepper XC Festival. The junior broke the tape in 16:40.4.
