Josiah Carter of Manti dropped nearly 14 minutes off of his 3 mile time from last season!  Carter placed 28th overall in the varsity boys race and he was the top runner for his team!  Carter must have had a bad race last year because he was averaging about an 18:15 for his 3 mile performances but nonetheless, it's still the biggest improvement!
