WATCH: John Hunter Drops U.S. No. 1 Of 15:03 For 3-Miles

    John Hunter of Provo High School opened up his senior year of XC with a win at the Blistering Bruin Quad meet.  Not only did Hunter PR in the race, he also ran the first U.S. No 1 of the season for 3 miles when he went 15:03 on the fast course at Orem Community Park!  This was one of the first 3 mile races of the season but John has definitely set the bar high for the rest of the nation.  Utah is one of the first states to begin its official cross country season and the athletes have already come out swinging, making the most of the season that they get to have unlike other states that has had their seasons either postponed or cancelled.
