Region 22 lies in the 1A classification and is home to the following schools: Intermountain Christian, Manila, Mount Vernon, Rich, Tabiona, and Utah Schools for the deaf and the Blind. Taking season bests from this season and last season, we have created a virtual meet of region 22 to predict what could have been for the 2020 outdoor season.

For the boys it was Tabiona being led by Ethan Park who scores 38 points winning the 100m, 200m, and Long Jump as well as placing second in the Javelin.
