Morgan Jensen of Alta High School has announced her signing to the University of Utah. Jensen was a lead runner in the State of Utah this year winning 2 races and placing in the top 10 in almost all of her other races. Jensen has been mixing it up with some of the top girls in the State all season and showed why she is one of the top distance prospects in the State!
Going into cross county, Morgan was coming off a career season where she ran new PRs in all of her events and made the podium at State in the 3200m placing 4th in a time of 11:11.24. She opened up her XC Season with two wins in her first three meets handing Carlee Hansen a rare loss at Grass Relays. She was 3rd at State in the 5A Classification and 5th in the meet merge second in her class.
