PARKING

Spectator Parking:

Allowed in all parking lots in Murray Park or County Ice Center Lot. Do NOT park in Marriott Residence parking lots. See site map for exact locations.

 

Bus Parking:

Allowed in specific lots in Murray Park but NOT in Parking Lot at Race HQ. See site map for exact locations.



Race Classifications



SEEDED

  • Teams & individuals register in seeded section using their best current season mark.
  • Teams will be then approved by race committee, limited to 25 teams
  • Individual (non-team scoring) entry cut off times: boys 17:00 & girls 20:00
  • Each team is limited to 8 total athletes per gender
  • Grades 9-12 ARE allowed in this race
  • Race is limited to 250 athletes
  • Score 5, displace 7

Key chain medals given to top 25 individuals per gender and trophies to the top 3 teams.   Top 10 finishers, male & female, will be awarded a Murray Cross ELITE T-shirt.  



OPEN

  • Divided into two sections arranged alphabetically
  • Unlimited entries for Non Seeded Varsity & JV athletes
  • Grades 9-12 ARE allowed
  • The open race will be scored after section 1 and section 2 results are merged

Key chain medals given to top 20 individuals per gender and trophies to the top 2 teams.



SOPHOMORE

  • ONLY 10th graders are allowed in this race
  • Unlimited athletes per school allowed
  • NO team trophy will be given

Key chain medals given to top 15 individuals per gender.



FRESHMAN

  • ONLY 9th graders are allowed in this race
  • Unlimited athletes per school allowed
  • NO team trophy will be given

Key chain medals given to top 10 individuals per gender.
