The Albuquerque Academy and Rio Rancho girls mixed things up nicely at the Albuquerque Metro Championships, with AA taking top honors.
It's back! Let's take a quick tour around the region to see what's news in cross country around the five states of the Southwest region. As per the norm, we would start with Nevada except that it's getting to be very difficult to extract results out of the Silver State.
I wasn't able to find anything that included results for teams like Centennial, Damonte Ranch, Spanish Springs, or Reno (at least the varsity squads for these teams).
So, with that effort falling on hard times, we move things forward to Arizona.
