The arrows indicate change from the pre-season. Some athletes may be blank because I only had pre season data for 530 boys. 

I can only export about 400 athletes at a time from excel to look pretty like the tables below. If you are interested in looking at the raw data for the 1500+ total runners, you can jump to the last slide.
