To complete this week's tour of the region, we must take a detour outside of the region. For it was in Idaho that the biggest splash was made this weekend. Eagle Lake is a nice place for a splash, don't you think?

The Bob Firman Invitational in Boise annually draws a large segment of the best teams in the northwest region (although Oregon and Washington participation was a little light this year--perhaps they heard that Utah was sending the storm troopers up), and also a large segment of the best teams in Utah. So, while Boise in September is a fair piece from Phoenix in November, we are not ignoring this meet.
Mostly, we dare not ignore the five-girl wrecking crew known as the Davis Darts. Davis scored 4-5-10-14-18-(22-39). In a meet of 15 elite teams, that is indeed something special. 51 points to...
