What was your most memorable race/throw/jump/vault/moment?
One of the most memorable races from this season for me would have to be the Oregon relays. I was able to go down with a couple of the other guys and race the DMR, as well as the individual 3,000m.
What was your greatest accomplishment?
I think that one of the greatest accomplishments throughout my high school running career was competing in all three state championship cross country wins for Farmington high school.
If you could do it all over again what would you change about your running career in high school?
I don't think I would change anything about my high school running career. I think if i could change one thing it would be the covid year.
What will you miss the most?
The thing I will miss the most would have to be the team.
What advice would you give to younger athletes?
I would give the younger athletes the advice to push through the hard times because great things will come if you are pushing and training hard.
What influence has your coach had with respect to your performance and overall life goals?
Coach Brower has been an amazing coach. He has been a super supportive and dedicated coach.
