Girls team scores merge from all 6 classifications at the 2017 Utah State Cross Country Championships. The Pine View girls dominated the 4A classification with 6 of the top 8 finishers in the race, but were their times in the race fast enough to topple the teams in the 5A and 6A races later in the day at the state meet?

In the full state meet team merge, the 6A champs from Pleasant Grove girls, who ended the streak of state titles by American Fork, came out as the #1 team overall in Utah by a mere 7 points over the 4A champs Pine View.

Pine View, Skyline and Davis were the only teams to have more than 5 girls break 20 minutes on the state meet course, while Pleasant Grove and Mountain View were the only 2 teams to have their top 3 runners all dip under 19 minutes.
