She ran under 5 minutes in the 1600m for the first time running 4:59.06. She also ran 10:54.99 in the 3200m. Only 4 girls ran sub 5 for the 1600m and sub 11 for 3200m.
Spanish fork is in a great spot this season to do some great things seeing how they return all of their top 7 from last year.
