Quick Take: The Carolina Distance Carnival reinforced Alder's standing as one of the nation's best after finishing as the runner-up with the nation's fastest time of 4:37.04. 

Addyson Guymon, (Emery, 12th) | 3200m - 10:15.25 | Arcadia Invitational (4/10)

Quick Take: Finishing as the top Utah athlete in the Arcadia Invitational 3200m cemented Guymon as a top distance runner even on a B+ type of day. 

Skylee Guymon, (Emery, 11th) | 300mH - 41.74 | Andy Jacobs Memorial (4/25)

Quick Take: Skylerr Guymon rebounded from a disappointing Arcadia performance by running a personal record of 41.74 in the 300m hurdles at the Andy Jacobs Memorial. She continues to close in on the state record of 41.54 set in 2013.

Quick Take: At the end of April, Aleah Godfrey improved by three inches to take over the pole vault state lead of 11-6 to put her in position as a state title contender.
