Flashback Friday: American Fork Wins RXC National Title

American Fork not only made school history on November 21st when they won their first national XC title, but they also made national history when they ran the fastest 5000m team average of 15:00.99.  American Fork came in as one of the favorites in the uber-fast race, and when team nationals were canceled, this was their moment to show the country what they were capable of doing and did not disappoint. Being led by junior Nate Jaster, who was third overall in a time of 14:35, American Fork had its top two under 14:50 and the top five all under 15:20!  American Fork had a senior-heavy team, but they return two of its top seven from this national squad, and it'll be interesting to see what they do next year.
