Alex Harbertson Commits To Weber State!

*Alex Harbertson Placed 4th in the 6A State XC Race

Alex Harbertson is the second athlete out of Corner Canyon to make his commitment to a college. Harbertson was 4th overall in the 6A Boys race running a time of 15:34 for 3 miles on the state course. This season Alex has been improving at a high rate and his times have dipped well below that 16 minute barrier. He ran a new PR in the 3 Mile at his regional where he went 15:21.69.

On the Track Alex was a podium finisher at State Finishing 4th in the 800m and 5th in the 1600m. He Set new PRs on the track by going 1:56 for 800m, and 4:22 for 1600m. He is the top returner in the 6A classification for 800m and 3rd in the 1600m. Alex will be signing with Weber State who is coming off a 2nd place performance at the Big Sky Championships!
