American Fork and Bingham have the top SMR teams in the State and that is because of their stud 800m runners Joe Corbridge (American Fork) and Dylan Tidwell (Bingham). These two runners are also the top 800m runners in the entire State! It is true that whoever has the better 800m runner will almost always walk away with the Gold. In this case when you've got two guys that can throw down a 1:55. It'll be interesting to see how they can do coming off the 800m finals which is just a few events before the SMR.
