How do you personally prepare yourself mentally and physically for a race?
I have to do my thing and get in the zone to prepare. I mentally focus on each race at a time and vision myself running. I physically prepare by icing the night before and getting a massage and rolling out quite a bit.

Pre Race superstition
I am very superstitious! I do the same thing each meet and get in my routine! I wear a certain pair of purple Adidas socks and a certain type of spandex. I also wear a USA track and field band on my ankle. I listen to the same music and do the same stretches every time.

Most memorable race?
my junior year 400 final at the BYU Invitational! I PRd and I was so happy with my time. I ran against the fastest girls in Utah and I felt so ready and hype for the race. it was the best feeling!
