Meet Information

During the 2014/2015 Indoor Track season Kutztown University will be hosting three high school meets in OPake Fieldhouse.

Our indoor track is a six lane, 200 meter Herculan SR 10 + 4 surface. These meets will have multi-state sanctions and will be conducted under NFHS rules. Deadlines must be met for NFHS sanctioning of all meets. Only schools who are members of their state association are eligible. $20.00 per person per event & $25.00 per relay or the team fee of $175.00. Men and women are separate so $350 combined. (Teams may be limited at this meet. Entry fees mailed with request form will receive priority.)

Entry fees as per above.

Note # of entries per team per event. One in the 3000, Distance Medley (Feb 14th only) and 4x800 relay. Two in the 1600, 4x400 and 4x200 (Jan 17 only). Three in the 55 dash, 55 hurdles, 200, 400, 800, shot put, high jump, pole vault and horizontal jump (LJ contested on Dec. 19th and Feb 14; TJ contested on Jan. 17.)

Only those teams meeting the deadline will be accepted into the meets. All others will be put on a waiting list and if accepted will be charged a late fee of $50.00 per team per meet.
TEAMS THAT MISS THE DEADLINE are not assured entry into the meet!!!

Meet Schedule

Field Events:
9:00am Girls Pole Vault3 per school7-0 opening height. Boys to follow at 10-0
9:00am Boys Long Jump3 per school. No late entries. After completion of first measured jump,
no measures under 17 feet. Top 7 to finals.
9:00am Girls High Jumpstarting height 4-2. 3 per school
9:00am Boys Shot Put---3 per schoolTop 7 to finalafter first throw 30-0 minimum measure
12:30pm? Girls Long Jump (follows boys) 3 per school. After first measured jump, no measures under 13 feet.
12:30pm? Boys High Jump (follows girls)5-2 starting height3 per school
1:30pm? Girls Shot Put (follows boys)3 per school Top 7 to final. 22-0 minimum measure

Running Events: girls followed by boys, except as noted. This is not a hard and fast schedule. It is meant to
give the coaches and athletes approximate times in order to judge warm-up.
We will try to run ahead.
