Dustin Horter battled the Kentucky weather as he soloed a 8:56 in the 3200m at the Eastern Relays. Horter dominated the race as he won by 10 seconds cracking him into the top 30 in the country over 3200m.  More importantly, this was first-time Horter would break the nine-minute barrier in the 3200m as last year he came close twice, running 9:02 and 9:09.  His 8:56.62 mark makes him the fifth fastest junior in the country in the event. Could he be the boys national performer of the week?
